Having used you services for many years, I will say that they were great. I have rated your service four star performance because I would like you to review your timing software.. I noticed I was charged for calls that did not go through several times and the rounding up time to the minute is also not fair. I would suggest timing be rounded up to the next quatter of a minute as against the current minute.
